Creamy Dalgona Coffee

Korean Dalgona Coffee is one of the most delicious and easy recipes. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare and 3-4 minutes to make using a hand mixer. It tastes amazing, but it also creates an incredible aroma and visual appearance while keeping your energy levels high throughout the day.

▢ 2 tbsp. granulated sugar

▢ 1 Lyger Mini Cup Latte Flavour 

▢ 2 tbsp. cold water

▢ Ice, for serving

▢ Milk, for serving


  1. Combine the sugar, coffee, and water in a medium-sized basin. Whisk rapidly with a hand mixer or a whisk until the mixture is silky smooth and shiny, continue whisking until it thickens and keeps its lofty, foamy shape. (If whisking by hand, allow 8 to 12 minutes for best fluffiness.)
  2. Fill a glass full of ice and milk, then dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking.
