How does the Lyger Coffee Club work?
The Lyger Coffee Club is designed for anyone who wants to have a coffee plan tailored to their lifestyle. Once you've become a member, you'll always get the lowest price on our coffee and other products as well as many other perks.
As a member, deliveries are automatic according to your preferred schedule (bi-weekly or monthly), so you don't have to worry about remembering to order again. You may also skip or pause an order anytime without having to cancel your membership.
How can I sign up?
To create your personalized coffee plan, select the coffee flavours you want, choose your preferred shipment frequency and payment method, and then check out as usual.
How can I manage my Lyger Coffee Club membership?
You'll have complete control of your membership. You'll be able to edit your payment method, change the products of your order, pause or cancel your membership anytime via email or in the membership portal.
How often will I receive Lyger Coffee?
You may opt for every other week or monthly order. We will deliver your coffee to you at the frequency you prefer - shipping is on us!
What happens when I am not at home to receive my package, but it's been paid for already?
We work with top courier services to ensure that your products arrive safely at your door. Drivers typically give you a call when they are on their way.
How can I pay?
For credit/debit card payments, your account will automatically get charged based on the frequency you selected. After that, you will get a notification for every successful payment as well.
For bank transfers and wallet payments, we'll send you an automatic reminder to pay 3 days before each due date and another reminder on the date itself in case you forget. All the details are pre-filled; you just need to confirm the payment to proceed with your coffee plan.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment for the Lyger Coffee Club.
Can I trust you with my card details?
Your payment details are encrypted and stored by top payment technology providers. We do not have access to any of your payment details. The only information we have is the payment method you've selected.
